I sort of became obsessed with this book as I read it. I don't think that I can put my finger on exactly why I liked this story, somehow I just found it to be compelling and oddly emotional. The characters' quests to understand themselves and their places in this dystopian world, were interesting, complex, and confusing as they struggled to reconcile their shades of grey selves to a black and white world. Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep made me eager to read more of this author's work.
