Somehow this got onto my to read list, when in reality I've read it several times. I *love* the Three Musketeers. This was a book that I picked up out of curiosity many, many years ago, and I really didn't expect to enjoy it. I was so wrong! The story is well written and exciting, and it quickly earned a place on my mental list of favorite books. It also launched me into reading several other books by
Alexandre Dumas, including the sequels to The Three Musketeers (neither of which I liked as well).
