My niece checked out Mercy Watson to the Rescue from her school library today, and she suggested that we read this this afternoon. It was a good choice! Cute, well written, fun story with great, nicely fleshed out characters. The kids and I were also impressed that it was illustrated by Chris Van Dusen, author and illustrator of our beloved The Circus Ship!
