My nephew liked this book quite well. There were lots of superheroes that he is familiar with, and several that were new to him, which was nice. I *could* quibble about the fact that all of the male superheroes were shown in action, while Invisible Woman was shown playing a prank on her male counterparts rather than defending the city from evil doers. I will acknowledge, though, that the realm of superheroes is largely dominated by boys, and they aren't really all that jazzed about female superheroes anyway. Gender issues aside, this was a good little introductory superhero book for young kids (boys in particular).
