This book in the
Captain Pugwash series was fine, but it really lacked some of the snap and spark that
Captain Pugwash had. My niece and nephew both found this book to be highly predictable, and neither seemed to be quite as enthralled with it as they were with the first book. We do like the character of Captain Pugwash, however, and I suspect the kids will like him even more now that my sister has helpfully pointed out to them that he blindly bumbles through life much like their aunt.
