Nibbles Poppelty-Poppett
This is a cute story, although many of the characters are very sleepy. The illustrations in this one are really very quaint and lovely, and I enjoyed those a great deal. I agree with Deirdre's review, this may be a book that kids of today may not appreciate, but then again, you never know. Sometimes these older, more mellow, more sweet books convey a sense of security and comfort, and I think that appeals a great deal to younger kids.
