I found Stranger in a Strange Land to be extremely dated. Attitudes toward women were dated, language and writing style were dated, and I just found this classic sci-fi book very difficult to get into. Some of Ray Bradbury's sci-fi stuff is dated, too, but something about his writing keeps me engaged. Unfortunately, this book by Heinlein couldn't do the same for me.
